Local Pick-up Policy and information
Contact-less pick up is free and located in Ellenbrook, WA. Pick-up address is provided upon items being ready for collection and collection date/time has been agreed upon and organised. Our available collection times are 7 days a week 7am-7pm unless discussed and agreed upon prior to purchase. If you have selected pick-up at checkout you will receive a email once your order is ready for collection in which pickup can then be organised.
After order completion email has been sent you will then have 21 days to collect your order unless discussed prior to purchase. After a 19 day period, you will have a final 48 hour warning email or message to collect/organise collection of the items. After the 21 days you will either need to agree to pay for Postage/ Delivery or your items will be donated. If no contact is received within this period of time as outlined above items will be forfeited and you will not be eligible for a refund/return due to lack of communication/ no contact.
We understand things happen! If you will be needing additional time to collect please do not hesitate to reach out and contact us to arrange and discuss this.
Postage/ Delivery is an additional fee, this fee varies depending on location, item amount, packaging, etc. Postage option is available during checkout.

You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. However, to the fullest extent permitted by law, Luni Designs will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss or damage arising out of the use or inability to use our products, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
4. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product or service offered on this website without prior notice.
5. The website may contain links to third-party websites or content. Luni Designs is not responsible for the accuracy, reliability, or legality of any third-party content or services.
